We DO NOT accept cancellations.
What if I never receive my item?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for additional information or to file a claim.

Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we DO NOT ship internationally. Please check again on a later date.
What if my item is defective?
Each item undergo a 3 point inspection before being sent to you. In the event an item is not up to standard please email us at hello@woolrose.com within 24 hours of receiving the defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
