Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday until 12:00 pm est.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.
Wool Rose is not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s). Therefore, we will not replace any lost or stolen package(s).

Tracking updates may take- an additional 5-7 business days to update. Please be aware before placing an order.
Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Tracking My Order
All orders leave our facility in 7-10 business days. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
