RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from Wool Rose are eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery receipt. Refunds are not available. 

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Submit your return request to hello@shopwoolrose.com. Please include your name, shipping address and order number.

 

Non-returnable items 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all original tags attached. Items with any visible sign of wear will NOT be accepted. All items must be returned in the protective packaging to reduce any damages during transit. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non refundable. 

The following items cannot be returned. No EXCEPTIONS:

  • Worn, Washed or Used Items
  • Items with scents, deodorant stains, makeup and signs of wear
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Promotional items or free gifts
  • Shipping Fees
  • Items damaged by the customer

 

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item we will cover the return cost. 

Store Credit Receipt

Once your return is received and approved please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued. Once your return is process and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
